Sara and Nick’s wedding day was the kind every photographer hopes for: a perfect early-summer sky, timeless style, and a couple who couldn’t stop smiling at each other. The day began with quiet moments at Saltwater Farm Vineyard in Stonington, Connecticut, where Sara got ready surrounded by the people who love her most. One detail we’ll never forget: the antique hair pin tucked into her updo, a treasured family heirloom that carried decades of love into the day.

Sara and Nick exchanged vows at the historic Watch Hill Chapel in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, a beautifully intimate space that made for one of the most emotional ceremonies we’ve had the honor of photographing. Laughter, happy tears, and a room full of family made every second feel completely genuine.

From there, the celebration returned to Saltwater Farm Vineyard for a reception that showcased every beautiful corner of the property — from golden-hour portraits among the vines to a joyful reception inside the vineyard’s rustic barn, strung with market lights and filled with laughter late into the night. A classic, elegant color palette and thoughtful details throughout made the whole day feel effortlessly chic.
