Brooke and Michael’s wedding was a classic Rhode Island summer celebration at the Weekapaug Yacht Club in Westerly, and it was pure joy from the very first minute. The day kicked off in true beach-town fashion, with a game of beach volleyball with friends before anyone even thought about getting dressed.

Brooke got ready surrounded by her bridesmaids in soft pastels and florals, while Michael and his groomsmen, sharp in navy suits, soaked in the views by the water. Their first look on the lawn overlooking the water was sweet, emotional and full of laughter, and the wedding party photos that followed captured just how much fun this group had together.

They exchanged vows at the historic Weekapaug Chapel, with its white walls and tall arched windows, surrounded by family and friends, before heading back to the club to celebrate. Golden hour brought some of our favorite images of the day: portraits on the docks with the boats behind them, and windswept moments in the dune grasses as the sun went down over the water.
